Lismore is a vibrant regional city located in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, Australia. With a population of around 33,000, it is the largest city in the region and a popular destination for tourists from around the world.
Getting there
Lismore is located around 200km south of Brisbane, and around 750km north of Sydney. The closest major airport is in Ballina, around 30 minutes' drive away, while the Gold Coast airport is just over an hour's drive away. There are also regular bus services to Lismore from major cities and towns in the region.
